RE: Requesting system's ID is the same as the server's ID. You cannot use the same ID in two systems ~Mario Lopkistergon 15.Jan.04 07:16 AM a Web browser Domino Server 6.0.3Windows 2000
I don't understand why you installed the lotus notes client on the NT machine. The domino NT version(s) have nlnotes.exe as one of the programs. You can use for the client -- no need to install the client on the server. And it solves the grief you are having.
If you are going to install the client on the server then you have to access as local server. You can not access a server with the server id. Plus if you are going to use the client on the NT machine, I would urge you to use a Person id and not the server id. This approach is less complicated.
